Our Biggest Development to Date
Set among open fields with an unforgettable panoramic view stood a weathered barn once used for storage and horses—rich in potential but long overlooked.

We stripped it back to its very framework and, as both developer and designer, worked closely with our in-house engineers and architects to reimagine the space.

The result: a completely bespoke luxury home featuring a private swimming pool, a dedicated gym, and a spacious double garage—transforming a forgotten structure into a showpiece of modern rural living.

Doveridge

A single bungalow transformed into two detached houses. Finished with a timeless neutral design and agate-grey windows, they now sit proudly on the street.

Chesterfield drive

What began as one project quickly became two.
While building two new homes on a corner plot, we were approached by a local resident with two nearby plots that had been left unfinished since COVID.

After completing our development, we moved onto his project, starting from the foundations left behind by a previous builder. Finished in a mix of brick and render, the new pair of semi-detached homes now complete the streetscape, replacing a long-standing empty gap.

The Elms

A detached property with a generous garden and spacious rooms, just waiting to be brought back to life.
We completely stripped it back, installing new gas and electrical systems, and fully renovated what had become a tired and dated house.

Using the large side garden, we also constructed a brand-new detached property, which now operates as a fully let 6-bed HMO.

Lowdham – Dover Beck

This property sat on an extremely overgrown plot—so overgrown that, once cleared, we even discovered a hidden swimming pool. With the space fully revealed, we renovated the original house and developed the land with an additional detached home, a dormer bungalow, and three further bungalows, creating a small new street, which we named Dover Beck.

Albert Avenue

A fantastic purchase in a prime location. We added both rear and dual side extensions to maximise the footprint of this detached property. With a modern kitchen and spacious communal areas, we created one studio and five en-suite rooms, transforming the house into a fully lettable 6-bed HMO.

Vale Road

This project was a joint venture with Lannoy Ltd.
The original house sat on a generous garden plot. We revitalised the existing property, adding a rear extension and converting it into a 5-bed HMO. With the remaining garden space, we constructed a new pair of three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
