Once an empty, derelict cinema inhabited only by local pigeons, this site has been completely transformed. We rebuilt and extended the structure, creating six houses and two flats that now sit proudly on the street in place of the dilapidated building that once stood there.

These properties are now homes for local residents, provided by CPD Ltd. and managed by Inclusion Housing, working in partnership with the Nottingham City Council Supported Living Team.

This beautiful three-storey Victorian house was full of character but in need of some care. We added a three-storey extension to increase the internal space of 6 flats and fully renovated the entire building. It now provides high-quality homes for local residents and is managed by Inclusion Housing, in collaboration with the Nottingham City Council Supported Living Team.

Once an old three-storey dance college, this characterful building has now taken on a completely new life. With the signature CPD touch, it was reimagined and reconfigured to create 22 self-contained one-bed apartments for Framework Housing Charity. The project blends thoughtful design with purposeful transformation—turning a historic educational space into much-needed, high-quality homes.

Tucked away along a private drive, this former three-bed bungalow was transformed at the request of Nottingham City Council’s Assisted Living Team. We designed and delivered a generous rear extension, evolving the property into a fully accessible, five-bed HMO tailored for wheelchair users. The result: a modern, inclusive living space that feels both functional and welcoming.
